Current Projects: Anime Expo Costume #1
This year Michelle and I are going to be March and Salsa from Eternal Sonata. I decided to try starting early with the costumes. I think it's looking pretty good so far!
Status: About 85% complete
I'm so proud! My stitches are getting so much straighter these days.This has been a really fun project so far! I'm really glad I started early for once, because I don't feel stressed at all! maybe this year I'll get away without any all-nighters

Wow. Skills! *thumbs up*
^_^
What else do you need to do??
that's some serious dedication
@Vitamin_D - I have the bottom part of the smock, the little details like the dots above the lacy part of the skirt and of course the hair and shoes. =] It's all the painstaking stuff now...
@Yosho - =} Vanity at its best.
Your getting there!
Looks great so far. I wish I can do this haha, I would be too lazy.
@aliceandrandy - Thanks! And I'm lazy too! That's why I'm trying to start early this year. I usually start a couple days before the show and it's always WAY too stressful
so cute!!!!! you make me wanna learn how to sew ^^
That's so adorable. I love it! Can't wait to see the finished product on you!
@c0rkie - It's really easy once you have a machine.
Especially with a beginner's machine like mine. It has barely any options and so I wasn't overwhelmed trying t learn!
@glorycato - Me too!
I'm excited. This will be my first real wig!
wow~ that's really cool!
wow so cool! i'm not an anime fan but you've done a great job so far.
completely off topic - what's that quote say that you have in the background? is it a wall decal and where did you get it?
@My_Enigma_Heart - Thanks!
@teamilksugah - It says "Family, a journey to forever".. And yep! It's a wall decal. I have them all over my house.. I love them!
It's so cute!
Can't wait to see pictures of the finished costume.
To my brainpower everything you exclaim may be cool
