still a cool fifteen months plus for me. ha!
i know a bunch of homos who love event planning... especially for weddings. but i'm not sure you'd like that much bitchiness around.
Good luck- it flies by really quickly and the only advice I can give is this: have fun regardless. Even if your plans don't (and they wont...) go exactly as you wish- smile. We often spend so much time focused on 'the plan' we forget to enjoy the steps along the way.
In the long run, everyone is going to remember the funny moments anyway, and how beautiful and handsome the bride and groom are.
The rest? its just background noise.

Take a deep breath and remind yourself that no matter what, everything is going to go great. Even if it's not exactly the way you envisioned it, it's going to be perfect.

woweee! well i'm an event and graphic designer... so if you need help on the day-of let me know. remember i'm an event designer not an event planner. i will take all your diy designs and ideas, and then stylize the event and put all the together for you, just the way you imagine and even more. oh goodness i sound like an infomercial. ok i'm going to stop. right.
