  • Full House




    So, today I was at home and watching daytime TV. I happened across the beginning of FUll House and was like, "eh, there's nothing better on". So I watched it. The beginning started out happy with a visit from "Papouli" their fun, boisterous grandfather.

    Everyone has fun with him everyone loves him. There's a great scene where Michelle (Mary Kate or Ashley Olsen) hugs him and says "I love you Papouli". The scene then fades, and sad music plays and the front of the house is shown. Then it shows the family sitting around the table in quiet and somber. Papouli has died in his sleep.



    Michelle learns a lesson

    The rest of the show consists of the family dealing with the sadness of death in their own ways, and Michelle learning the important lesson of being truthful to her feelings.

    I know it sounds like the normal cheesy Full house episode... but for some reason while watching this damned episode I was fucking BAWLING. I apologize to Vinh and Megan for being a complete blubbering idiot every time the commercials were over as I was talking to them online.

    Seriously, BAWLING. I have no idea what is wrong with me. I very rarely cry when I watch sad movies... or even this weekend at Convention when it was my last Convention and everyone was crying... But for some reason this damned show was making me hold back sobs.

    Do you ever cry for no reason? Or for an insignificant reason?

    I'm so weepy today, don't know why.

    In this thought Kim and Lan are together and Lan had a sex change... As Lan is sorting out laundry, he picks up a pair of panties and asks... are these mine or yours? Cool huh?

    I also had a dream where Megan was on top of Lan and they were doing it... I think I think about Lan too much!

  • Ever since my ninong (uncle) died when I was 10, I was never able to talk about death without a tear running down my cheek. I hate it whenever my mom brings it up.

    Full House was a favorite of mine when I was little. Now, I just watch it when im bored to death. Hm.

    Alice has the first season of Full House and I cried during that one episode where DJ realizes that she needs her family and that they're there for her even though her mom is dead or something.. you know *cue the touching music* time for Danny Tanner to have a heart to heart. haha Kim makes me laugh =)

  • In reply to your full house thing... I too was bawling like a little baby. Not just a few tears, but full on blubbering, and near wailing. It was such a sad episdoe, and Full House's cheesy music sure has a way of making you do that.

    I talked to my b/f on the phone after that episode and told him all about it and that I cried. And he could not believe that i cried to a Full House episode.
